Business Development Supervisor

Preferred Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree

Experience:

Minimum 1- 2 years experience in business development and customer services.

Preferred Knowledge:

  • Working knowledge of LIMS, BI Tools, ERP, CRM, Tableau
  • Knowledge of ISO/IEC 17025:2017 & ISO 9001:2015
  • Operating knowledge of Microsoft Excel/Word
  • Risk Management
  • Knowledge of 5S.
  • Supply chain management
  • Customer relationship management

Responsibilities:

  • To collect, evaluate and analyze multiple data for different operational activities.
  • To prepare multiple business reports instructed and guided by respective HOD.
  • To perform data analysis of sales & marketing activities of relevant department.
  • To perform data analysis of QA/QC activities of relevant department.
  • To perform in QA/QC activities for the implementation of ISO management systems.
  • To market and develop the business all over the kingdom through different strategies
  • To conduct analysis for business development of those areas for which we do not have the capabilities.
  • To review purchase orders and make sure they meet with the company’s criteria.
  • Deal with vendor registration related to the department.
  • Monitoring of Business Score Card (BSC) of all Salesperson
  • Monitoring of Complete Sales Process from Receiving RFQ to Invoice Submission.
  • Monitoring and ensuring effective implementation of Sales Standard Operating Procedures
  • Monitoring and ensuring effective implementation of CRM Standard Operating Procedures
  • Monitoring of Customer Complaints and handling
  • Handling and Analyzing Customer Feedback
  • Analyzing Customer Segmentation
  • Monitoring of Quality related requirements of Procurement Process.
  • Monitoring of Ventures, LinkedIn etc. and other platforms for new business opportunities
  • Handling the training of coordinators for preparing testing reports, coordination with customers and technicians for operations, and coordination with customers for sales and recovery.
  • Monitoring performance of coordinators.
