Coordinator for Inspection Department
Preferred Qualifications:
- Diploma
Experience:
- 01–02-year experience in a similar position
Preferred Knowledge:
- Customer relationship management
- Working knowledge of ERP, CRM
- Operating knowledge of Microsoft Excel/Word/PowerPoint
- Inspection methods and standards Knowledge. (Electrical / Mechanical)
- Mathematics and statistical knowledge
Responsibilities & authorities:
- Day to day coordination with the customers for inspection request and queries.
- Scheduling inspectors & auditors as per their availability
- Updating inspection log and board on daily basis
- Arranging boarding and lodging for inspectors & auditors if required.
- Updating inspectors & auditor for their upcoming schedules
- Receiving client request and complain
- Monitoring inspection log for submission to accounts
- Preparing report ready for invoice
- Assisting inspectors if required specially for pending reports.
- Daily submitting of inspection schedule to inspection manager & supervisor
- Monitoring and maintaining inspection documents.
- Sending reports to client
- Assign tasks and monitor performance of Inspectors.
- To supervise Inspectors schedule for day-to-day operations
