This training course is designed for operatives working at construction sites and industrial yards, focusing on the safe and efficient use of scaffolding structures in infrastructure projects and mechanical activities. It supports employers in meeting the safety training requirements set by the Ministry of Labour in the Kingdom of Bahrain.
Course Objectives
The course aims to provide participants with the knowledge and skills to:
Understand legal obligations based on national and international scaffolding standards.
Identify correct scaffolding terminology and components.
Comprehend construction standards to ensure safe workplaces.
Learn inspection techniques and statutory recording procedures.
Gain theoretical and practical skills to erect, inspect, use, and dismantle scaffolds following standard scaffolding guidelines.
Course Content
The training is divided into three sections:
Section-1: Basic Scaffolding Introduction
Section-2: Different Types of Scaffolding Techniques
Section-3: Practical Training & Assessment

Pre-requisites
Familiarity with scaffolding erection and dismantling techniques commonly used at construction sites, industrial yards, and in the Oil & Gas sector.
Course Venue
The course will be conducted at the client’s construction site. Alternatively, it can be held at another requested location.
