Empowering Teams Through First Aid Awareness and Training
At RICI, safety isn’t just a policy—it’s a culture. On April 28, 2025, we proudly activated the World Day for Safety & Health at Work across all our branches, reaffirming our commitment to the well-being of our people and the communities we serve.
To mark this important occasion, RICI hosted a volunteer association that conducted an engaging and impactful First Aid Workshop, combining both theoretical knowledge and hands-on training. From managing minor injuries to responding effectively during emergencies, the session empowered our teams with essential life-saving skills.
Whether onsite or virtually, our employees actively participated in this initiative, reinforcing the shared responsibility we all hold toward maintaining a safe, healthy, and prepared workplace. The event served as a reminder that safety is not limited to rules—it’s a mindset that must be nurtured every day.
🌱 Highlights of the Day:
Practical First Aid demonstrations and real-time simulations
Guidance on emergency preparedness and response
Open discussions on workplace safety challenges and solutions
Cross-branch collaboration promoting a unified culture of care
At RICI, we believe that every employee deserves a safe work environment—and that starts with awareness, training, and teamwork. Celebrating World Day for Safety & Health at Work is not just about recognition, but about action and continuous improvement.
Together, we’re building safer workplaces, stronger teams, and a more resilient future.
