Telesales Executives (2 Positions)

Location: Lahore, Pakistan

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to inbound calls, WhatsApp messages, and email inquiries
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable RICI services (ISO certification, training courses, inspection services)
Share quotations, brochures, and course schedules with prospects
Follow up with leads to convert inquiries into confirmed bookings
Maintain accurate records in CRM / client database
Coordinate with the Certification & Training team for smooth client onboarding

Requirements:

Minimum 1–2 years of telesales / inside sales / customer support experience
Excellent English and Urdu communication skills (Arabic is a plus)
Confident phone manner and professional written communication
Familiarity with ISO standards or B2B services is preferred
Proficient in MS Office and basic CRM tools
Target-driven with strong follow-up discipline
