Handle all logistics operations to ensure timely and efficient management of equipment, certificates, and related documentation.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree required.
Preferred: Certification in Supply Chain.
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years in a relevant logistics role.
Skills:
Awareness of ISO 17025:2017, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001:2018 standards.
Proficient in using LIMS and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Fluent in English; Arabic and Urdu/Hindi language skills are an advantage.
Ensure full cooperation and coordination with customers.
Arrange timely pickup and delivery of equipment and certificates from sites.
Print calibration certificates prepared by calibration engineers or technicians.
Verify submitted certificates with the concerned calibration engineers.
Rectify certificates and resubmit them for verification and approval.
Prepare and issue purchase orders to subcontractors or vendors after review and approval by the Technical Manager.
Perform receiving inspections for incoming equipment from clients.
Prepare delivery notes and ensure invoices are dispatched along with equipment and delivery notes.
Validate and prepare OT sheets (if any) for drivers.
Coordinate sending equipment to calibration laboratories for outsourced calibrations.
Undertake all other related tasks as assigned by the Technical Manager or Supervisor.
Adapt to changes in job responsibilities as determined by company requirements.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in documentation and logistics processes.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
