RICI is proud to announce becoming a member of the European Foundation for Quality Management (EFQM) effective 1st March 2021. Likewise, the 400+ members of the EFQM community, RICI also shares a common goal i.e. the pursuit of excellence. RICI believes that excellence is not only achieving but also sustaining outstanding results, excellence passes through the talent of our people who are aligned with our strategies and excellence at the end of the day is creating value for our customers. With the help of the EFQM framework and model, RICI will incorporate a radar thinking of self-assessment and hence has taken the first step to commit to being excellent.
