Qualifications:

* Minimum 3 to 4 years of experience in social media marketing or
digital marketing.
* Strong understanding of social media platforms and their algorithms.
* Excellent writing and communication skills in both Arabic & English.
* Proficiency in using social media management tools.
* Experience with Google Analytics and other digital marketing tools.
* Experience with graphic design & video editing.
* Experience with Adobe suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Etc..)
* Knowledge of SEO and SEM.
* Experience in content creation and management.

Responsibilities

Digital Marketing duties

  • Research audience preferences and discover current trends
  • Create engaging Multimedia, text, image and video content on regular basis for all the services and courses offered by RICI.
  • Design posts to sustain readers’ curiosity and create buzz around new services/products
  • Measure web traffic, monitor and enhance SEO to maintain top position on search engines
  • Keep the website content updated.
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
  • Create and Identifiy critical conversion and drop off points and optimize user funnels.
  • Use of metrics and data to determine whether or not the digital marketing efforts are successful in meeting the goals hence making informed decisions. Adjust the strategy as you learn more about the website and the target audience.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in all social platforms ensuring maximum effectiveness
  • Train co-workers to use social media in a cohesive and beneficial way within three months.
  • Facilitate online conversations with customers and respond to queries in timely manner
  • Report on online reviews and feedback from customers and followers.
  • Develop an optimal posting schedule, considering web traffic and customer engagement metrics
  • Manage and Perform Mass mailing campaigns on regular basis for all departments. Especially for Certifications & Trainings
  • Liaise with Sales and Product owners and HODs to ensure the development and execution of the digital strategy and leads quality
  • Optimize company social media platform to increase the company’s social content visibility.
  • Perform Photography whenever is required on RICI events, trainings, exhibitions and any other activities to update newsfeed on website and social platforms.
  • Suggest new ways to attract prospective customers, like promotions and competitions
  • Measure and report performance (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly) of all digital marketing campaigns and asses against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Manage the expense and budget of campaigns, and estimate monthly costs

 

Sales Activities & Duties

  • Generate Leads & Opportunities with estimated value of no less than (360,000 SAR / Quarter) (Maturing these leads are the responsibility of Sales team and not SDME)
  • Follow up with assigned Sales team to ensure maturity rate of (90,000 SAR / Quarter) for the leads/opportunities generated.
  • Work closely with BDM, Inside Sales Coordinators, Heads of Divisions (HOD’s), Operations Managers, Sales & Marketing team and Technical experts.
  • Identify, qualify, target and engage with new potential Tier C customers (less than 30K SAR) & Tier B customer accounts (between SAR30k / SAR 200k in annual revenues).
  • Ensure that the ERP-CRM system is properly maintained with Company records, contact details, Lead, opportunity, quotation and other relevant information.
  • Prepare reports for a weekly/quarterly formal review with the BD Manager (BSC-KPI reports)
  • Actively contacting the existing customers to develop new leads (Customer Retention)
  • Develop, maintain and own sales plan(s) & Campaigns, including
    • ensuring client retention and maximising market share of wallet
    • ownership of the financial expectations
    • taking accountability for managing debt & cash collection
    • tracking service levels
  • Participate in Exhibitions/Events as directed by BDM.
  • Comply with and follow the company’s End-to-End Sales Standard Operating Procedure (Sales SOP), including all its policies and guidelines.
  • Perform Sales Calls, & e-mails to maximize and ensure achieving the targets.
  • Update & Maintain all Pre-Qualifications for all departments on regular basis
  • Update & Maintain all sales & Marketing materials (Brochures, Flyers, stand-up rolls, calendars, training course contents, multimedia, give-aways, etc…)
  • Update & Maintain all quotation formats and assist BDM in preparations of any bids/tenders
  • Coordinate with C&T team in order to Update & Maintain the training schedule.
