RICI CEO Engr. Mazhar Hussain Visits UET Lahore to Strengthen Alumni Collaboration

Engr. Mazhar Hussain, Co-Founder and CEO of RICI Company Ltd., and a distinguished alumnus of the University of Engineering and Technology (UET) Lahore (Chemical Engineering, Class of 1996), recently visited his alma mater to discuss collaborative opportunities aimed at advancing alumni engagement and student support initiatives.

During his visit, Engr. Mazhar Hussain met with UET Vice-Chancellor Prof. Dr. Shahid Munir (TI) to explore avenues for enhancing the university’s academic and professional landscape through industry-academia collaboration. The meeting highlighted the vital role alumni play in shaping the future of the institution and creating meaningful opportunities for students.

Also in attendance were Prof. Dr. Naveed Ramzan, Dean of Chemical Engineering, and Prof. Dr. Muhammad Shoaib, Dean of Electrical Engineering. Together, they discussed potential programs to promote mentorship, innovation, and knowledge-sharing between alumni and current students.

The Alumni Office Incharge commended Engr. Mazhar Hussain’s continuous support and valuable contributions toward student development and alumni welfare.
