Location: Jeddah

Job Purpose

To Conducts market research, negotiating contracts and packages, attend workshops and networking events, Researching markets.

Qualifications

Diploma or bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, public relations.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Strong communication skills.

2. Excellent knowledge of MS Office.

3. Strong verbal and written communication.

4. Time Management s Organizational Skills.

5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Duties and responsibilities

1.Work closely with BDM, Inside Sales Coordinators, Heads of Divisions (HOD’s), Operations Managers, Sales C Marketing team, and technical experts.

2.Work closely with other sales roles in the territory to maximize the sales realized in the territory for other departments.

3.Own Sales budget for their territory (or more than one territory for one department. (or more in some case)

4.Take ownership of all sales Leads, opportunities, and quotations for the Tier C C B customers, working closely in a team with the sale coordinators, Marketing, Technical experts, GM, and Business Development Manager.

5.Ensure that the CRM system is properly maintained with Company records, contact details, Lead, opportunity, quotation, and other relevant information.

6.Actively pursue all sales enquiries / new sales Leads/opportunities that are passed across from other team members.

7.Prepare reports for a weekly/monthly/quarterly formal review with the BD Manager (BSC-KPI reports)

8.Actively selling to the existing customers (Customer Retention)

9.Develop, maintain, and own sales Campaigns, including.

10.ensuring client retention and maximizing market share of wallet

11.ownership of the financial expectations

12.taking accountability for managing debt C cash collection

13.tracking service levels

14.creating, owning, renewing, and managing national C International agreements

15.developing C expanding executive relationships.

16.Participate in Exhibitions/Events as directed by BDM.

17.Comply with and follow the company’s End-to-End Sales Standard Operating Procedure, including all its policies and guidelines.

18.Perform Sales Calls, Sales visits, e-mails to maximize and ensure achieving the targets.
