Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline.
2–5 years of QA/QC experience.
Hands-on experience with ISO/IEC 17025.
Experience working in civil material testing laboratories.
Experience dealing with accreditation body audits.
Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS).
ISO/IEC 17025 implementation and compliance.
Internal and external audit management.
CAPA and non-conformity management.
Equipment calibration compliance.
Method validation and proficiency testing.
ERP and LIMS knowledge.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Implement and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) according to ISO/IEC 17025 requirements.
Conduct internal and external quality audits.
Manage corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) and non-conformities.
Ensure laboratory equipment calibration compliance.
Support method validation, verification, and proficiency testing.
Maintain quality documentation and laboratory records.
Coordinate accreditation activities and accreditation body audits.
Manage quality data using ERP and LIMS systems.
Monitor compliance with quality procedures and international standards.
Support continuous improvement initiatives across laboratory operations.
