Communication, negotiation and presentation skills
Excellent English spoken and written is a must
Driving license is mandatory

Reporting to the Business Development Manager (BDM), the Business Development Executive is responsible for generating new sales leads and opportunities with a focus on new clients and projects for RICI in the assigned region or territory. The role also includes business development and marketing tasks for market intelligence.
Work closely with the BDM, coordinators, heads of departments, operations, sales and marketing teams and technical experts.
Identify, qualify, target and engage with new potential customers to generate leads and opportunities for RICI.
Implement and maintain business development and sales campaigns, key account plans and key project plans as directed by the BDM.
Perform sales calls, physical and online meetings, sales visits and emails to achieve targets.
Visit major projects in the designated region or territory to identify contractors, consultants and end users for introducing RICI services.
Work with other sales roles in the territory to maximize cross-selling for other departments.
Own the lead and opportunity generation target for the assigned territory or more than one territory if required.
Ensure the ERP-CRM system is updated with company records, contact details, leads, opportunities, quotations and other relevant information.
Support market intelligence and competition benchmarking.
Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly reports for review with the BD Manager.
Track service levels and customer feedback.
Develop and expand executive relationships.
Participate in exhibitions and events as directed by the BDM.
Execute any relevant tasks in the territory as instructed by the BDM.
Comply with and follow the company’s End-to-End Sales Standard Operating Procedure including all policies and guidelines.
