At RICI sales coordinator is about directly reporting to the BDM or ABDM, as well as functionally to the respective HOD, the Inside Sales Coordinators (SCO) are responsible for generating quotations for opportunities and sales via the telephone. SCO’s manage smaller (e.g. mainly Tier C and some Tier B) customer relationships and generate leads for their own accounts. They are accountable for delivering certain KPI’s and targets in their territory and for growing sales amongst smaller customers.


  • Work closely with BDM (e.g., sales performance reviews, personal performance reviews, target setting), Sales Executives, Operations (e.g. for more complex sales) and Finance (e.g. regarding debt collection)
  • Achieve sales activity targets and financial metrics according to the territory plan, working with Sales Executives to manage Tier B/C accounts, identifying small customers with the potential for
  • Develop call plans and manage call activity comprising new customers, existing customers, lapsed
  • Identify and close opportunities within a given department (typically 100-200 Tier C customers)
  • Respond to inquiries and act as primary inquiry handling team, engage with the customers over the phone and manage opportunities to
  • Issuing high quality quotations, following up and closing opportunities by managing customer contact, matching benefits to needs and handling
  • Building relationships with new customers and act as a link between customers, Sales Executives, and
  • Developing existing customer relationships to increase loyalty and improve customer
  • Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional RICI services
  • Proactively identify and reactivate Tier C customers that have lapsed
  • Follow-up on recent orders to identify additional opportunities.
  • Participate actively in regular sales
  • Comply with and follow the company’s End-to-End Sales Standard Operating Procedure, including all its policies and guidelines.


You will be posted in the Lahore office, however travelling shall be required to KSA or anywhere in the world
